If you cancel your premium subscription, you can still use the benefits of the membership until the end of the period. But you won't be refunded for the remaining days. When it's due to renew, your premium membership will be inactive and you won't be billed again. You can only ask for a refund within a month of a transaction.

You can view the photos and names of the people who liked you, but you can't see their profile. Only premium members can do it.
Messaging is unlimited for free members, but messages can only be sent to friends and mutual matches.
The search feature is unavailable. The only profiles that you can view are the profile of those people who were matched to you.
Profile details include your name, age, height, sexuality, gender identity, relationship status, photos, text items, and friends list. You can set your gender as female, non-binary, agender, FTM, gender fluid, intersex, two-spirit, and so many more.
Your friends list is public and available for viewing by all other members who visit your profile.
HER suggest uploading eight photos for others to get to know you. Any less is insufficient and any more might be overbearing.
HER created some special features exclusively curated for lesbians to meet and interact.
Meet is the main feature of the entire app. Here you are presented with different profiles who meet your age and distance preference. You can swipe to either like or dismiss them. Once you mutually like each other or are friends, you can message each other.
The feed is a feature that lets you interact with members real-time without needing to be matches or friends. You can like or comment on posts, and you can add your own image or text post. Being active on this feature exposes you to more people and increases your visibility.
Events can be viewed and posted in the Feed. The best lesbian events in your area are posted here: from music festivals to cookouts to concerts to comedy shows. Attending these events will let you meet and socialize with lesbians.
