To start with, you have to complete your profile before starting connecting with other members. In RomaniaKiss, members can like (or pass) on each other's profile. You can click on the heart button to like, and click on the X button to pass. Swiping right and left is another way to do it.  You can pass anytime, but you have to have a hundred percent filled up a profile before you can send a like. Same goes as for messaging. However, premium members can initiate the conversation if they want too. 

Members can also search manually for members using basic and advanced searching features. Aside from setting the preferences to find local members, you can also set it to worldwide search to find users from all over the world.

In terms of the completeness of profiles, you can count on RomaniaKiss. They allow members to answer up to a hundred questions about themselves and post them on their profiles. All the information you input when you sign up can be seen on your page. In addition, different topics group the questions, which you may answer and show on your page. Here are some of them: Favorites, Interests, Personality, Lifestyle, and Insights.

You may opt to answer only some, but you can also answer all if you have the time. The more information you show, the more information the other members will see, making them know you better.

Of course, you can upload multiple photos at the top of the page. Photos are a big part of your profile's completion.

On the same profile page, you can block or report a profile that you think is inappropriate. Nonetheless, it is very unlikely to see nude photos and other explicit content on the site. Fake profiles are possible since the site doesn't employ a  strong verification system. However, these suspicious accounts are immediately suspended for your safety.
